My Photo Stream automatically downloads any new photos that you take on your i OS devices to the Downloads folder.You can also use these steps to see your photos on your PC: Select one or more photos from My Photo Stream on your i OS device or Mac, then tap or click Delete.Here's how: On your i Phone, i Pad, or i Pod touch, open Photos and tap Albums On a Mac or PC, your photos are downloaded and stored in full resolution.On i Phone, i Pad, i Pod touch, and Apple TV, your photos are delivered in a device-optimized resolution that speeds downloads and saves storage space.On your PC, select the photos that you want to remove from My Photo Stream. When you delete a photo from My Photo Stream on one device, the photo is removed from Photos and i Cloud.The photos that you import from My Photo Stream to your other devices won’t be deleted. Photos in My Photo Stream are saved on the i Cloud server for 30 days. To save or back up these photos, you must save them from My Photo Stream to your i OS device.
If you turn on both My Photo Stream and i Cloud Photos on an i Phone, i Pad, or i Pod touch, photos that you take with that device upload to both i Cloud Photos and My Photo Stream.

When you turn on Photos, i Cloud for Windows creates a Photos folder in File Explorer called i Cloud Photos.
